If you are a parent or a carer and you have a concern at school, there is a process you should follow to report your concerns directly to the school. If you are unhappy with how your concerns have been addressed you can make a complaint.
The Link Secondary School has a formal Complaints Procedure. Copies are available to all parents or carers upon request from the school office or accessible via our Policies and Documents page.
In the first instance all complaints should be brought to the attention of the Headteacher:
